I mailed a QSL card and $5.00, never received a card.On 06-18-2015 I did their OQRS for LOTW. Their site says weekly uploads. 19 days and multiple emails to all listed address for the dxpedition, no response and no LOTW upload. |

As QSL manager of 4L1MA, I have sent 4 EUR by PayPal, as requested, to IZ7KHR on 21 March 2015. No any QSL and no any answer to my e-mails. I think Francesco is only a money collector ! It is very frustrant ! |
