for contact from station 3B8CF in day 19.03.2009, time 15.58; 10,1 / cw/ 599
for confirmation receipt.This is 4 $. I not QSL Card. |

I received my QSL back with a handwritten message: QSL direct only...!
Quite a poor way of earning money, isn't it!
I decided to blacklist him... There are other 3B8 or other prefixes in this region... |
