Also sent QSL twice with USD and IRC and no answer to several emails sent to his QRZ.COM email address, and the mail doesn't bounce back! |

Robert reports that that the postal authorities in Mauritius will no longer accept IRCs and that 1 USD is no longer sufficient to cover postage costs for return QSLs. He regrets having to ask DXers to cover the minimal postage costs but with no more than 2 USD. |
