I sent a buro QSL to DL4SM for a 2013 QSO and got a response from DL4ME in Aug 2015. DL4ME seems to be the preferred route. |

I will answer QSLs now direct from DaresSalaam. Please insert SASE and sufficient return postage. IRCs also work fine.
As an alternative way you can also request QSLs via email and send postage (2EURO) via paypal using the email above. Dont forget your address in the email and mention your call at paypal.
If time is no issue at all, send via the bureau to my german call DL4SM, but it might take years... |

I have tried with paypal and email request (see qrz.com email address).
Mike sent the qsl pretty fast through this way.
