I received a card in about 2 months from his stated manager. Sent $2. Now I see his operation is illegal and he's been deemed a pirate. Still a very nice card. |

Bulgaria is no place to send green stamps, but it does make the postman happy. I've sent requests twice and received the cards OK using mint stamps. As for him not being properly authorized to operate, we'll just have to wait and see how DXCC reacts. |

OPDX Bulletin reporting licensing issues have arisen. I too sent QSL & GS's for 2 bands back in January but nothing received here either. Hope this gets cleared up and that we can get our confirmations. |
