In November 2008, the DXCC Desk stated that the operation would count for DXCC after all. QSOs March 20 through September 26, 2007 are good for DXCC. (Tnx DX World & 425 DX News #915)

On 26 Sept. 07 Bhutan telecoms. BICMA have cancelled Akira's lis bcos they have found him transmitting with 1 kilowatt. He must remove his equipment immediately and surrender his lis to BICMA. Very sorry! DJ9KR |
