Qsl 100 % direct with 3 IRCs or 2US$ we never ´dump´ a received qsl card.
Qsl requests without funds/insufficient funds for return postage will be sent together with some other qsl from same country/us call area.
Some qsl cards are returned from Costa Rica and the rest from Nicaragua all depending on available time. We don´t collect $$, we change them into Cr Colones / Nica Cordobas to buy stamps and return your precious qsl card by air mail.
If you don´t get your qsl in return after appprox 4 months, send me an e-mail with qso info. |
