2023/11/07 I'm still waiting for the QSL cards (35 qso and 23 calls) paid on March 12, 2023. Eight months have passed. I write a lot of e-mail. I do not found the site to charge new orders by OQRS. |

Sent him a registered mail (cost a fortune) but it bounced saying it was not 'claimed at the post office'.
Later sent another air-mail request (SAE + 2 GS) but no qsl received, sri. Why he doesn't upload to LoTW or have OQRS (+PayPal)? |

Have sent two times S.A.S.E. (2 USD)=4USD at his qrz address and several e-mails. He reply me saying that he has not received anything and mail was probably lost. I suggest him to use an EU-manager. No cards ! |

HC5AI callsign was re-issued to Pablo (Alfo's son). He has all his father's logs and is able to confirm any HC5AI QSO (old and new).
Qsl only direct.
SAE + $2.00 U. S. or 1 new IRC/properly stamped. Any IRC that is not properly validated will result in no QSL. Old IRC's will not be accepted either.
