I have just learned USPS is not accepting mail destined for Mongolia, and has been the case since March 2021. My letter never left the US. The 'refused' was by the US, not the destination. |

I received two direct QSLs after about a month in 2007-2008. Since then, about half of our QSOs have been confirmed on LoTW. Either my log error rate is abysmal or Chak is seelectively or sporadically uploading to LoTW! |
