He is a $$ and IRC hunter. 3 QSO in past and 3 QSL send out with the last in july 2016. Until now (november 2016), no news, A big scam each time sending SAE + $$ or IRC to receive nothing NO MORE QSL WITH $$ FROM ME. |

Payd 4$ in 2014 never reply. Now new contact ST0A I read several info on his QRZ.com page SAE+2$ also SAE+3$ and SAE+2IRC so which one is the right one. Is this again a risk because 2IRC=+4€ wanted qsl becomes expensive if you dont receive any in return. |

Sent 2 QSL . Email correspondence that STOPPED?? As of today, his qrz page instructs green stamps for qsl for me AND it instructs NO greenstamps. His qrz is to confuse. Did he keep my $ because he decide I not follow instructions that he decide? |
