KOSOVO is a new WAE entity as of 17. FEB 2008
It counts for the WAE and is a multplier in the CQ contests !

Still waiting for QSLs. Since CQ Magazine is counting Kosovo as a new one the QSLs are very important to many of us.

The license isn't really the issue. The UN administration in Kosove does (did?) have the authority to issue licenses. But there's no doubt that this operation counts as Serbia, and nothing else. |
