I too have worked TU2CI and have had absolutely no luck contacting anyone that can help with a QSL card. This is one I will not try to work again. |

The QSL cards are available from Joel Bodosse TU2FQ.
Joel's email is tu2fq@africamail.com. He only accepts Moneygram or Western Union at present but he is considering Paypal.

Trying to find a QSL manager for TU2CI . E mail to the Ivory Coast Amateur Radio Association came back undeliverable. I seem to recall that a DX group was working from there using TU2CI in March 2013 . |

Sent again (third time) my QSL for a 2004 QSO per REGISTERED mail; two months later, I received today MY QSL back, return to the sender: nobody withdrew it.
Try to contact a foreign DXpedition, and forget the QSOs with TU2CI!!! |
